Pros

Very caring company - they genuinely care about and appreciate their employees. Pay scale can't be beat.

Cons

The salesmen rule the world...they will give away the company to keep a customer satisfied if necessary (they literally give away thousands of dollars regularly for things that were the customers error).

Great office staff, HR department, and warehouse boss. Easy to work with most of the people here. Compensation seems fair.

Cons

Long hours, which changed with little notice -This did not please the warehouse staff in the summer. The warehouse was overcrowded with materials.
