Pros

Employee discounts are good. Advancement is there if you work hard. They like to promote from within.

Cons

It's retail so you work weekends, nights, and holidays. Salary based on mandatory overtime every week. Retirement benefits are a joke. No raises in more than a year. Medical benefits(which used to be free) are now costing employees money.
