Pros

reasonable salary, great time and benefits for your whole family in management level. Mostly a professional environment.

Cons

long hours, extremely busy all year round, time off is almost impossible, very tiring and only management gets good benefits. Part time is horrid

Pros

If you find someone who will teach you sales techniques, the laid back sales requirement can help you learn with no pressure.

Cons

No hours given to part time sales, no incentive to promote people after many years, no commission if performance is above par, no benefits to part timers, even meager ones for people who have been there for years, no direct deposit for part timers. Other cooworkers and management can be a joke at times.
