Pros

Good people that work hard.

Cons

overworked; management constantly preaches they pay just as well as similar business in the industry....they don't! Upper management plays favorites...they promote each other.

Pros

I liked the set up of the company, and the history of the company as an army surplus store. I like how they sell guns and all types of affordable sporting goods.

Cons

Pay is low and work can get boring.

Pros

There aren't many employees, therefore it is easy to get to know each other. Managers will make a schedule with the employees in mind. Flexible.

Cons

Wasnt very consistent, Holidays were a madhouse with customers going into a frenzy over sales etc
