Pros

Big 5 is one of those companies that gives people that chance that they need to earn some work experience and they are the definition of an energetic work environment that. Not to mention managers are very understanding when an employee needs to take a day off and will rarely ever say no unless need help badly for the day you asked off for.

Cons

Sometimes can cut hours for odd reasons.
