Great management, willing to work with any type of schedule. As long as you work hard you will get hours. Friendly environment at most stores.

Cons

No commission, low hours during slow parts of the season, dress shoes...

Co-workers are great. You work Mon-Fri, no weekends and some paid holidays.

Cons

No opportunities for personal growth, get treated as if you are in high school i.e. no internet access, no phones out, its advertising why wouldn't you be able to have access to the online website?
