Pros

Are able to be around an industry you choose to love. If love athletics you are in the perfect field.

Cons

Growth becomes stagnant depending on availability. A lot of responsibility for little pay. Not enough acknowledgment. Product set is more recreational and could only service the customer to a certain point.

Pros

Working with fellow employees was great. Managers were fairly flexible with scheduling and working around college class schedules.

Cons

Low paying. Benefits were poor. Terribly boring and repetitive work. Very wasteful in terms of paper and they don't recycle nearly enough materials. They re-do the same specials weekly and make you change every single tag in the store to make it seem like a different sale.
