Benefits program both with time off and medical/dental. The company provides a variety of training programs for management. California based company provides protection for employees with strict guidelines for discipline. This results in no retaliation or unwarranted terminations.

Cons

Work life balance non existent the further up the ladder you go, especially during the holidays. Micro managing from District and Regional management. Lack of support from higher management concerning transfers or with employee situations.
