The company constantly makes empty promises, failing to deliver on commitments and leaving employees frustrated. They always put profits before safety.

Pros

There is really no pro

Cons

Managers are always on your case and expect you to do something even if there are no customers in the store and you finished all your tasks. You are also expected to only stay in the front but at the same time watch the whole store even though the majority of your view is blocked. You also have to profile customers based on looks to see if they are going to steal.
