The only challenge I've come across working here has been that there isn't much room for growth within the company, and if you do change positions the salary increase is close to nothing.

Does not pay a living wage. The company from the top down does not care about it's employees. The company cares only about the bottom line . They do not give cost of living raises. Every manager I've spoken to wants to leave the company . They hire/promote out of necessity not hard work / work ethic. The negative morale throughout the company is tangible. Hours are terrible. It is retail so that should be expected As a salaried manager.. the salary they pay you is based on 40 hours a week but you are mandatory scheduled 45-60 per week. Writing your own schedule should be a perk, but because of the district manager I have. More than 50% of your schedules are written for you without wiggle room.
