Failing Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Relaxed, not too busy, lots of freedom in terms of merchandising and what departments you want to focus on.

Cons

Big 5 closed 3 stores close to ours in 2023 and 2024. They simply just moved the managers to our store instead of firing them. We had more managers than part time employees. Part time employees who have been there for years got their hours cut so the managers that caused their store to close could move here. No consequences for failing.
