Pros

Basically what all the employees did that I saw: - Could basically get away with a lot - Could show up late often - Could be "out of uniform" - Could call out up to only 2 hours before your shift

Cons

- Managers general and assistant hardly communicate - You will have to stand all the time - No clear consensus on store policy. (Ignores training material constantly) - General Manager is just as chatty and lazy as you think they are
