Pros
I got the opportunity to manage very big systems (few do) and some of the people were good professional and pleasure to work with (also only few). The yearly trip abroad is a bit unique and cool.
Cons
Too much politics that harms improvements. Really bad group managers that take really bad decision (CRM total catastrophy) . Owner uses the investment money to cover the company buying loan - so they fire a lot of good people to reduce costs and us, the continued employees, do the jobs of 4 until collapse.
