Pros

Big company with a strong employees union, you get gifts on all holidays and once a year there's a company retreat abroad, nice people, including the team leaders.

Cons

repetitive work, management always pushing for sales even though we're tech support and not sales reps, angry customers all the time.

Pros

it has Economic security anf lots of benefits the work hours are good thw job fits to mom an students.

Cons

the job has low salary, it has limited Promotion options, Working shifts does not suit everyone.A very slow increase in wages over the years

You get to know some new stuff

Cons

1. Israeli customers are terrible. 2. You always have to answer calls, like a slave. 3. You are always being watched over by your supervisor. 4. You are always encouraged (and sometimes, forced) to offer customers stuff they don't really need. 5. If you don't perform well (answering enough calls, selling enough useless stuff, sending too many technicians to customers), your supervisor will annoy you 24/7.
