Pros
An uneducated person can gain some experience there. It is possible to make some humble career, if you are really desperate so as not to look elsewhere better. It used to be a nice place to work, so there are still some good people there.
Cons
Treat people like dirt. They say it used to have some nice benefits, but now it's a cry. There are some who do all the work, while others - all the play. Nepotism rules - lots of people in middle management who are blood-related. Some of the managers are just brutal: mine used to make all the employees listen to really bad pop music while working. She said it was to energize us so we sell more. No one listened to our complaints.
