Pros
- Really good job to get in the field of networking - You will get basic experince with Fortigate/Checkpoint/Juniper/Cisco
Cons
- Really high preasure job with 30min break on a stopwatch - After a few months in the job the technical problems will repeat themselfs, altough they will require effort and be long they wont be challenging anymore. - to reach Tier 2 (Usually after a year of experince in Tier 1) that will open the door for harder more challenging technical problems, more complex configurations and the ability to receive ascalations for Tier 1 you will have to pass another middle course called Tikshov, that if you will ask me really boring and unrelated which will take a few months.
