stable work hours, Bonuses and commision each month depends on how well you do, Good money , and great Company

Longs work hours,lots of stressful situations that needs compusure, high pressure to keep scores high, and company's systems are buggy and not fully functional. high expectation from each representative for better results, which can be really stressful.
