Pros

Treat you with respect. Give you all the rights you deserve. There are many benefits in the workers' committee. You are paid for travel by public transport, and a taxi if you work after 9 p.m. Many promotion options in a variety of types. Great place to gain experience :)

Cons

Low wages and promotions are very slow. You do not have time to breathe between calls. You become a sales representative instead of a technical representative.
