Pros

I have been employed at Overstock for several years now and I would say overall it is a good place to work. Great annual bonuses and the flexibility to learn and grow within your position. Not to mention, this company really encourages input from all of its stakeholders. You really do have the power to change things if you're willing to speak up and provide insight on a better way of doing things.

Cons

The only thing that I could say is not the greatest, (even then it's not a deal-breaker) is the minimal opportunity for advancement for a lot of the roles.

Cons

Management shakes things up regularly. When they do, they start cleaning house and give a bs story about how they have decided that your position is no longer needed, and you get fired. Later, you'll see the position advertised on the careers page.
