It's a paycheck, but it's not a great one.

Pros
There are some really great people who work at Overstock. A *few* of those people are even in leadership positions!
Cons
Unfortunately, management doesn't live up to its promises. Pay and morale are both relatively low and there is a lot of talk about creating a great culture, but when it comes down to listening to employees and honoring expectations, Overstock just won't do it. Recently they drove out a lot of employees by demanding in-office work several days a week with one week's notice, despite a promise that if that were to do so employees would have 6 weeks of notice. A few weeks later there were lots of layoffs. There isn't trust.
