- Coworkers and management are very personable, and easy to get ahold of. They are eager to answer questions and to collaborate with you - Competitive pay with great growth opportunities - People are everything with this company, whether they are customers or internal. Everyone here ultimately helps the customer, so there is no job considered job - Work/life balance - Amazing perks! Fitness center, great cafe, greenhouse, and so many great classes that you are encouraged to take for free - You create your own experience - the company has a lot to offer, but you have to participate, collaborate, and help make the changes that you want to see

Cons

Nothing so far, but if you are not comfortable seeking out the things you want to learn or who you want to learn from then it could be a problem

Good salary, 401K, and vacation plan Casual, family atmosphere Patrick Byrnes

Cons

Mid-managers need to lead their teams. Business teams should not dictate the technology behind the machine. As Patrick says, he hires smart, skilled people for a reason. Deciding to trash your CRM to build an in house solution before 4th quarter is a mistake that will cost Overstock loyal customers.

The 'extras'. Lagoon Day, benefits, counseling (get this it's on-site..that should tell you something), Overstocktober celebrations.

Cons

Have PTO? Too bad, you can't use it. Work/Home life balance is awful! Don't speak up or speak out about things that may be wrong, you will get fired. It's the new tyrant CS VP leader, don't let her fool you, she's the devil in disguise. The Overstock they once were and boasted about is dead. There's too many cons I could go on for days so I'll end it here.
