Pros

Overstock.com treats you like an adult. They understand that people make mistakes and deal with that professionally and develop people to become better employees. Thus making the whole company better.

Cons

At Old Mill location, no cafeteria or few eating places for lunch. Parking is a joke and could be improved (first come first serve would be better than divvying out passes in no order)

Pros

Overstock values career growth and enrichment. Overstock paid for my certification exam (PHR) and for a Utah State run training course to prepare me for the exam. They also pay for tuition reimbursement for qualified course and colleges. I feel more confident as an HR employee with the certification and it is also something I can take with me if I chose to leave.

Cons

My department doesn't always get the recognition it deserves, but HR departments rarely do.
