Pros

Not a very hard job, decent pay but still bellow most other call centers in Utah. Patrick was a nice guy and visited often, management was also considerate and nice. They had quite a few shifts aviable. Most callers were not angry, and I only got yelled at a few times.

Cons

Company is having a hard time, lots of issues related to shipping which Customer Service has no control over. Benefits package isn't very good at all, not many events for employee's. They are continualy shifting more work to India, but what company isn't these days? Managers were nice but seemed to literaly try to avoid team members and calls.

Pros

I have worked for many companies over the years but never have I felt like my opinion was not only heard but also valued. Patrick Byrne takes our lives into consideration with every decision made and treats us like friends and not just employees.

Cons

The pay is a little low. Hard for single parents to make ends meet.
