      Pros

      - Challenging and interesting work - Exciting, leading-edge technology - Wonderful people to work with - Very little political nonsense - Truly a fun place to work

      Cons

      - CEO is distracted - Unbudgeted spending - Management is not good at planning ahead - Not a lot of "gray hair" running the business

      Pros

      Some good people here. Seems to be a reasonably mature workplace, ie, no regular 60hour work weeks, people respected for the most part, etc.

      Cons

      small amount of PTO, most tech companies are moving to 4 weeks PTO combined with sick time is a very obnoxious policy Health plan just acceptable, could be much better. High level management sometimes random.

      Pros

      Overstock is good at hiring smart, motivated people and does not drag its feet when it needs to let someone go who is not cutting it. They do a good job of rewarding performance and are very reasonable about managing work/life balance. There is a lot of room for innovation and learning.

      Cons

      As mentioned above, you can easily be let go if you don't do a good job. I think this is a positive thing, but some people probably wouldn't like it.
