Good benefits, flexible schedule and okay pay!

Cons

Hard work does not get recognized. Leadership rolls are given to the ones that party and hang out with management. Year end appraisals have been determined by new management that has not had the chance to fully work with the employees to see their work, instead they go by what they hear.
