Great opportunities to cross train in different areas of the business. Progressive environment that encourages innovation.

Cons

Communication between departments can be poor. The result is many reports, and processes are duplicated. Projects are occasionally developed without the input of all the stakeholders.

The people are very friendly. They are always willing to help eachother. There are a lot of opportunites to move up.

Cons

I dont like when you get moved to a specialty team and there is no kind of raise involved. We do A LOT more work than normal CS agents, so I feel even a slightest raise would be appreciated.
