Pros

Great Senior management. They are frequently involved and are supportive of good ideas. The atmosphere is very casual, but intense. They expect excellence and treat their employees well.

Cons

They are growing and so space is at a premium. I know they are trying to get more room, but it is painful to try scheduling a meeting or getting some elbow room.

Pros

Very laid back atmosphere and very understanding about personal situations. Easy to move up and a growing company.

Cons

Dealling with unreasonable customers. Customer don't always take the initiative to read all of policies and expect that because of this we should make exceptions.

Worst place for qa-you are a nobody living on the whim of your supervisor-IT department runs the show - dictatorship

Pros

Possibly a place to learn some skills, skiing & politics. If you are want to live in utah maybe one of the limited choices. If you do't have a job take it as a last resort -then leave as soon as you get a better offer job or get fed up.

Cons

IT/dev runs the place - all other divisions run scared - if your not in IT then accept your inferior position - no career path for qa/ba's/business - just work & get paid half decently - but you'll be a little clog for ever - they fired/demoted all the qa management and want you to be agile (under it department)-there are a few guys in top management who are there for life bec of relations w/the ceo-and middle management by another bunch of guys -also hordes of h1 guys with their appls screwed up & stuck
