      Pros

      I have worked at Overstock for half a decade, and I can say this is the best place I have ever worked in my life. They really do everything they can to take care of you as an employee. They work hard to make decisions that will benefit you. They really do have a "we're all in this together" mentality and strive to make sure everyone who is there and works hard gets treated fairly and has all the opportunities as anyone else.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with. Overstock encourages employees to establish great working relationships and friendships. There is always something new to learn, the company continually seeks opportunities to grow, learn and expand.

      Cons

      At times change management could be improved, especially the timing of communication.
