Good benefits, honest atompshere, company goes out of their way to find out what they can do to best serve our needs, they are fair and willing to help others learn to grow to their potential.

Cons

Sometimes, our direct leads could be more fair and helpful.

Pros

Great co-workers. I genuinely like and respect most of my peers and co-workers. The company is on a growth trajectory, which makes it fun to work on expansion and new growth opportunities. Great resume building and experiential job.

Cons

There are some departments and groups within the company that have fairly inept leaders who are out of touch with employees and reality. There is also a decent amount of political posturing and 'good old boys club' mentality within upper leadership as well, which is frustrating and has caused some top-level talent to leave in recent year.
