Pros

Right now I am hard pressed to find anything positive about working here. Where I once loved my job, it has now become the biggest chore and I am always heavy hearted and resentful when having to log in at work.

Cons

This has always been an incredible place to work until recently. There have been numerous changes in hours of operation, in processes, in policies and focus which have served to create a hostile work environment. Understanding that changes are necessary for growth, and appreciating the vision that is often touted, the changes have been constant, and not in line with the vision they express to have. People are now literally afraid for their jobs and these are the solid, dedicated ones. There was a time when you felt like your work mattered, that you were valued and that you were seen as an integral part of the whole. Now, you are less than a number, less than a statistic, you are only a body to respond to customers needs and your empowerment is gone.

Amazing Employees - Terrible Senior Leadership

Pros

The people are some of the best i've ever worked with - smart, hardworking, collaborative and just generally fun.

Cons

The office politics are out of this world. It feels like high school. So much drama, with a total "in crowd" feeling among the executive team. If you're not adored by one of the execs, you're probably not going to move up in the company. If you say the wrong thing to one of them, you're out. HUGE impactful company decisions are made on a whim, and the employees are left to scramble and pick up the pieces. The majority of employees work REALLY hard and aren't recognized for that effort, or paid competitively, for that matter.

Started good, but got worse

Pros

Some of the people. Big company that you know is stable. Decent benefits.

Cons

Unrealistic timelines are almost the norm. Extremely micro-managed. Job security is sketchy because the higher level executives have let people go based on very little.
