      Fantastic Company!...(but could use a tweak to its strategic direction)

      Pros

      Supportive leadership, engaged business stakeholders and overall positive work environment. Everyone is also very smart at that they do, so each day is a learning opportunity.

      Cons

      There have been a few too many changes to some strategic initiatives...which then makes it hard to know what needs to be developed, and for whom.

      Pros

      There are lots of fun events throughout the year. The people can be great to work with. A lot of opportunities available in the company, you just have to show your worth.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, and the titles people hold in the company are not industry standard. Groups of people are lumped together on the same team, when they shouldn't be. Management seems to want to only hear the good. A lot of very talented people have left the company, because of some of the management team. People are dropping like flies and management doesn't seem to care. Surveys get sent out but when people are honest in them they get reprimanded. Family members of the upper management all hold high positions in the company, and have very little experience. Think of a cliche movie where the kid works for the Dads company and they're hired on as management. This same applies here..
