      Pretty lay back place to work. Executive decisions need to improve and base promotion on populatirty and not ability.

      Pros

      Free parking, gym, fitness classes. Job and work environment nice. New building is aweme

      Cons

      I have worked for over a year and saw them promote people with no supervisory or management experience into leadership roles, these people were picked based I worked there fora a few years and never have the opportunity to move into any other position . I seem this is done based on popularity not ability. There seem to be layoffs every 6 months.

      Test Automation Engineer: Great facility, great people, poor management

      Pros

      The facility is fantastic. Everyone gets a standing desk and relatively good equipment. A lot of natural lighting. Hours tend to be flexible in terms of how early of late you come into work, and a lot of treams allow you to work from home (on the tech side) when you need to.

      Cons

      Management seems impulsive and unfocused. A lot of projects seem to start and end without much planning.
