      Nice work environment, flexibility, 9/80 schedule

      Cons

      Insecurity with threat of layoffs and possible acquision. Although acquisition is an exciting opportunity as well.

      Good salary, good people, decent benefits

      Cons

      Don't care about employees. Laid off nearly 25% so far in Q1 2019 (in two rounds). CEO openly says retail website too expensive and is too eager to sell. Company functions openly discriminate against those that don't drink.

      Pros

      The best reason if you have to work here is some of the coworkers. But there are always high school politics and backstabbing as well.

      Cons

      The job insecurity. We thought this company was coming to our area to stay, coming here as some kind of philanthropic expansion. We thought this was a golden opportunity for a couple hundred people in a very depressed area to earn a living wage and have a stable career for years to come. Have recently discovered that is not the case.
