4 days on and 4 days off (mandatory shutdown will one of your four days off every month)

Cons

They do not train. Allowing operators to operate machines knowing they have a drug/alcohol problem (safety issue). Floor supervisor has no knowledge of machines process and makes wrong decision and blames it on technicians. They will hire from outside instead of moving internal people up. They fired all of the supervisors that held front office accountable(keep that check and balance). 12 hr shift is long time.
