Met some really nice people.

Cons

Too many to list. Horrible air quality, most equipment is old and not working. Nothing is being taken care of. Instead of replacing equipment they want to make it last as long as possible with bandages while complaining of down time.

Discrimination toward young people. Pay is not equal based on being young. It is very difficult to be taken seriously by management here if you are young. The comments about age are constant, especially if you are young. Little organization from management on roles and responsibilities.
