Pros

This is a good place to work if you bring children and tell them this is what happens when you don't do your homework. This is a good place to work for you to realize that there are better things to do with your life, your time, your, general well being, and what a waste of time it is to be there.

Cons

Forget about advancement, the people that are but into management roles a have been there forever and started off pushing a broom. Therefore have no education and think they are gods gift to the plastics industry. My advice dont work there if you know whats good for you.
