Wonderful company. Great place to be in the long run.

Cons

Not to be indicative of all their internship program, but my direct manager failed to train me. All I did was take up the copy machine 4 hours a day and run messages throughout the factory.

Manditory overtime means 21 days in a row for 8 hr employees

Easy work, no experience necessary, good pay and bonus checks

Cons

to much overtime,21 days in a row one day off then 21 days again. Insane attendance policy. One min late is the same as 3 hrs late.
