Fast advancement, days off every week. Decent bonuses 2x per year.

Cons

Training is horrible, Long hours, HOT!!!, No breaks unless u make it happen yourself, BACKSTABBERS EVERYWHERE! If you work here, watch your back!

Working here is a great opportunity to learn more about the industrial side of our everyday products we all buy.

Cons

Although a great place to work a con to me is the mandatory OT. Overtime is good but when it cuts into your family time it puts stress on your family. The ones you look forward to at the end of a productive day.
