Excellent benefits, decent pay, and love my co-workers

Cons

Lots of hours, you can be forced to work on your days off if we are busy. Rotating days off...your days off change every two weeks.

Job security! They can't seem to hire new mechanics. They work 12 hour shifts, so you have every other weekend off.

Cons

They are not concerned with the older machines that need new parts, so most of the time you are left fixing crappy machines with crappy parts.

Very friendly employees, always ready to help. Direct communication with VPs within R&D, despite being an intern. Work load and complexity starts is initially very low, but increases gradually as you start learning.

Cons

The pay could be a little more competitive, for a graduate student standing. In addition to this, Evansville isn't exactly a great place to live.
