Pros

The company has good benefits, including free trash bags at the Monroe, LA plant. A lot of the people there are great.

Cons

The pay isn't great and the company doesn't appreciate it's employees. In the department I worked in, the workload was tremendous, but upper management refused to let us hire anyone to help. There is a serious lack of leadership in the department and the pets get to do what they want with no consequences. It is a three-ring circus and upper management is clueless about it.
