      You are over 3 shifts of quality techs. 6 to 8 employees.

      Cons

      Required to review all quality checks and verify products meet specs. Sometimes over turned by Plant Manager and must require Plant Manager to sign off on shipments of out of spec products.

      Good pay and I have a good boss

      Cons

      Upper management like to start drama in the company, they also refuse to give their employees promotions to better positions for their own petty reasons. Horrible HR.
