Focus on doing things properly instead of rushing code out the door. Time set aside for discussions about architecture before any serious development begins.

It’s a good entry-level job, with tasks that allow you to get creative. The workload is relatively light, and the office is in a busy location where you can do many fun things after work. Management goes to great lengths to keep the culture positive. There are parties and sometimes free meals.
