Pros

->Flessibility in entrance time (even you have to accord everything with the managerS) -> Training with SAP (you will have to lick the most experienced colleagues) -> Canteen (if you like to eat fat, always grease and industrial cheap food, and especially meat)

Cons

I don't know from where to start. Training and welcoming was terrible, the worst I have ever had. They said they have training but they don't. In fact the same colleagues are required to train new joiner (team leaders and manager are useless and incompetent) and so this lead tensions between colleagues becouse people have to do doble job; the company doesn't want to invest in people who dedicate just to this or becouse manager act like they are "too important" to do this "dirty job" (in some case they don't do becouse they basically cannot do it, like a TL (of accounting people!) who doesn't know what is a disputes, or in general use SAPFICO so completely helpless for the colleagues. During the days and the job week you will be OVERSTRESSED with continuous meeting that are meant to motivate but in fact they create pression on people and state of anxiety becouse they want to check everything that you do every minutes, every days, every seconds of your journey. Meeting should be more motivating and inspirational not lead you to elementary school level when teacher check on your homeworks, they are really stupid, no contents and aim to brainwash you! In some case they were just occasions to overestimate colleagues they like more and implicitly denigrate those who they like less, even without a real reason. All this all, plus very low salary with no compensation or bonus at all, lead to a lack of staff and a strong turn over. There is no a real HR department who can really care people. For them HR is just to deal with holidays, pay slips, but there is not a real interest of the people's mood becouse what they do is preserve the interests of the company over people' ones. So you feel that they are unreliable and all act like is always all good but people are clearly unsatisfied! Due to incompetence, manager tend to delegate "too much" (so they can work even less!) the older employess whose takes advantage of this situation to exercize power against new colleagues and, above all, against those they like less! So this create a real situations of bullying and manager clearly can see it, but instead to adopt solutions to stop it, they favourite it and often they are the first to act arrogantly, abusing their position. Expert colleagues for example tend to isolate whose they like less, clogging up their e-mails with emails full of criticisms of their work, never recognizing a good job. Managers are clearly included in these emails in blind copy. You will be assigned with tasks who have unreachble target(if a manager doesn't know your job cannot know how much time you need to finish some tasks, so they rely on expert colleagues who can said what they want basically) to be after accuse of negligence so you will be deprivate of skills and tasks already assigned to you (becouse you were able to do it) and they will avoid to teach you new things in order to make of you a person always depending of their help! The contradiction is that after the manager during the personal meetings, regardless of what really happens or simply an accomplice, will ask you to be more autonomous in your work! Regarding this aspect the company if full of burocracy and even for stupid point you have to wait a long time before doing things, there is not a lot of carrier advances and if you got it (like 7 years to got it you won't be so good recompensed!).
