Good benefits package and historical brand reputation

Cons

The culture has deteriorated considerably since 2025. It used to be a decent place to grow, but recently leadership seems be become increasingly focused on optics rather than people. It’s frustrating to see budget priorities placed on “mission-critical” buildings while internal teams are feeling the squeeze. Not sure if it even gets better after leaving, but staying definitely isn't the answer.

- Work was easy and hours were great - systems we're up to date and highly functional - strong policies and procedures - good perks and benefits - pay was above median for role - local, US and global accounting team was strong - career opportunities were available and lateral movements were encouraged

Cons

- compounding series of failed acquisitions - Cultural misalignment between location and global - succession planning/promotions were based on politics and not best hiring practices - local SLT was weak and often highly detached from actual performance for the business, finances and people

Cons

Toxic managers who will berate you in meetings. Women beware. No career opportunities, no growth, high stress for some, no stress for others. Only recommend to men, not women.
