Pros

Looks good on a resume I guess?

Cons

When Bayer bought out Monsanto they got rid of a lot of smart people that cared about the company, and replaced them with incompetent managed service providers that only cared about procrastination and contract fullfillment.

Pros

- good work life balance - okay pay for St. Louis - Nice people to work with - Low-mid level managers care about developers

Cons

- Anyone above middle management doesn't care about developers or quality of software. - In the process of outsourcing most work to incompetent vendors to save costs. - Leadership people keep leaving after 1~2 years - Good developers constantly leaving for a better work place.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, recognized even small accomplishments and ideas, able to work from home, great company culture.

Cons

Slow to make changes to keep up with the market because they are very by-the-book. Lack of budget vs competition
