Cons

SLOW career advancement and equitable pay. Ideas that work(ed) in Germany are initiatied in other countries without consideration and flexibility of cultural differences.

Pay is not competitive, moving up the ladder takes long time, quite a bit travel to Germany every year, a German company that is convervative
