Pros

Gold standard products, true want to do the right thing for customers and patients but that is where it ends.

Cons

Last year there was a salary decrease in the bonus program of about 30k. This year there is an additional cut for another 30-60k depending on performance. We now carry more products than ever and are doing the job that once 2 people did at a lower compensation! I don't know how you sell that! Cost of living is not taken into consideration and neither are the sales reps. Our established customer base and relationships be damned with the most recent re org. Their attitude is if you don't like it leave. Unless you have had a title promotion (and trust me it is title only) I don't know if one person who isn't looking to leave. Stay away from this train wreck.

Bayer = Corruption

Pros

Absolutely none. You can spend company money for personal use and they don't care. You can also treat your colleagues unscrupulously and still keep your job. The company culture supports dysfunction. Bayer is corrupt.

Cons

Bayer lacks integrity. They are dishonest and so do anything that will support their corrupt behavior. I worked there and attempted to report that my department was misusing funds and not following the guidelines, but instead of getting assistance with my report. I was targeted for unscrupulous behavior by colleagues, and upper management employees. I even reported the informaction to the compliance department on several occasions and nothing was done. My advice to current employees, the compliance line is a joke. They don't really care so save yourself the stress and heartache.

Pros

Very Little- all the aspiring leaders have left over the past 2 years

Cons

Bayer Pymble Office- Lack of Integrity, Big Boys Club, Senior managers appointed based on how well liked they are with the General Managers not on skills and leadership qualities, feedback culture is a joke...all feedback is down hill,....listen to lead also a joke...lots of toxicity due to the types of people who are left....very political......
