      Good pay, decent benefits, friendly co-workers, decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Supervisors hire friends instead of most qualified people! A few years ago, hiring was based on seniority. Employees were more satisfied as they knew as long as they were good workers, they could move into other positions in a set time frame. Now, supervisors can hire whoever they want regardless of the qualified employees who are already employed with Bayer!

      Pros

      The best training for new personel, Cross training is a must to learn all aspects of Manufacturing. Skills that you can use for years to come. Ampuls of great people and relationship that you can never replace.

      Cons

      I do not believe that there cons in working with bayer, I belive there is only challenges. But we work our way around it or over it.
