      Pros

      I am grateful for the time I had at Bayer, worked on innovative projects, most colleagues were collaborative and supportive, willing to try new things. The company shined for me when they supported us through COVID they focused on the people and truly supported us as we figured out how to work virtually. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Org and culture change takes time and the extensive reorg has left many employees disoriented and overly stressed.

      They have a pretty flexible work life balance and in general do a good job of taking care of their employees

      Cons

      With the litigation against Monsanto they're having some financial difficulties so not really expanding the business last I heard

      Pros

      Bayer has a fantastic historical working culture, with top notch people who are passionate about what they do. People here have ownership for what they accomplish, and help each other be successful.

      Cons

      Challenging cashflow circumstances and a new DSO operating model will make things difficult for the short term, with impacts on opportunities for bonuses and leadership roles. Being a people leader will be challenging with a higher worker to lead ratio. Job satisfaction will depend on individuals taking initiative.
