Pros

Total Rewards: Salary, Incentives, 401k match and Health Benefits are all excellent.

Cons

The past and present leadership in Germany has made a lot of bad decisions. Their DSO restructuring was also poorly executed and over empowered VPs who often valued politics and perception more than merit. The company then laid off a lot of hardworking managers, blamed them for bureaucracy while celebrating the layoffs and their soccer team. Very tone deaf.

Pros

a good company to work for; used to have a lot of development opportunity. the rating is for the past, not current. so not sure if the culture has changed

Cons

with the current legal implications, the company is not investing enough to employees
